VISA APPLYING PROCESS

STEP 1: Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Consulate. STEP 2: Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Checklist you will find at "Visa Information page";
Foreign Workers Visa - VDR approval letter issued by the immigration department of Malaysia and Medical health screening letter.

STEP 3: Ensure photos are as per specifications. You may refer to the link (See Photo Specification) to understand photo specification needed for applying malaysia Visas.

STEP 4: Submit your application at the WCTL MVAC in Dhaka along with the applicable fees in cash.

STEP 5:WCTL MVAC will update time to time about your application status on your given contact number and email address.

STEP 6: You have to collect passport after obtain Evisa and soft copy of Evisa will be sent to your given email address.
